It does justice to the London Dry Gin label on the palate, as it has a dry tannin-like aroma. However, this is skilfully integrated with sweet notes of caramel, cocoa and dark tobacco. Over time, dry citrus notes develop on the palate, giving this force of aromas a welcome freshness. "
