Selva Gin is the first London Dry Gin made in Colombia.

We use a variety of local fruits and spices to distill our gin, which is made in small batches on the Caribbean coast. The recipe has been carefully developed to find the right balance between juniper notes and a selection of typically Colombian botanicals.

Selva Gin is a collaboration between two bartenders - one English and one Colombian - and a Colombian chef in partnership with Turicum Distillery in Zurich, Switzerland.

Selva Gin has a distinct herbal foundation with prominent citrus notes and a hint of spiciness.
