The Distiller's Cut 2021 is an exceptional limited edition that impresses with its strong aromas and impressive 55% ABV. Its recipe combines fresh flowers such as jasmine, sunflower and mallow, which give the gin a complex note.

This exceptional gin is characterized by a careful and time-consuming maturation process that shapes its incomparable taste and impressive aroma profile. First, it spends 12 months in high-quality acacia wood barrels, where it is refined by the wood aromas and develops its characteristic depth. It then matures for a further 24 months in stainless steel tanks, allowing its aromas to combine harmoniously and round off.

This combination of barrel storage and tank maturation gives the gin a remarkable intensity and complexity that makes it a real pleasure. Due to its complex taste and finely balanced variety of aromas, it is recommended to enjoy this gin in its pure form in order to experience its full potential and taste every single nuance.
